Terms of Service
These terms apply to your use of Vyora (vyora.fluxonai.io), a project management platform operated by Fluxon AI ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Vyora, you agree to them.
Your account
- Give accurate details, and keep your password and sign-in methods secure. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
- Tell us straight away if you think someone else has accessed your account.
- If you use Vyora for an organisation, you confirm you're allowed to accept these terms for it. The organisation's owners and admins manage who belongs to it and what they can do.
Your content
You and your organisation own the content you put into Vyora. You give us permission to store, copy, display and process it only as needed to run Vyora for you, for example to show it to your organisation's members, back it up, and sync it to a calendar you've connected. How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Don't use Vyora to:
- break the law or infringe anyone else's rights;
- upload malware, or content that is abusive, harassing or unlawful;
- try to get into accounts, organisations or systems you aren't allowed to access, or probe, overload or disrupt the service;
- resell or rebrand the service without our written agreement.
We may suspend or remove access that breaks these rules or puts the service or other users at risk.
Third-party services
Some features connect to other services, such as signing in with Google or Microsoft, or syncing to Google Calendar. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms, and you can disconnect them at any time.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Vyora available and your data safe, and we take regular backups, but we can't promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or improve features over time. If we make a change that significantly affects you, we'll tell you in the app or by email.
Ending your use
You can stop using Vyora and delete your account at any time from Account settings. Organisation owners can export their organisation's data. We may close accounts that break these terms, and we'll give notice where we reasonably can.
Disclaimer and liability
Vyora is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of Vyora. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll change the date above, and for significant changes we'll tell you before they take effect. If you keep using Vyora after that, you accept the new terms.
